Maggie's greatest gift and joy is to work technically and creatively with her clients. Her soul is expressed through her hands as she gathers healing knowledge that continues to refine her expertise.

Maggie has been a dedicated massage therapist for more than 30 years. She graduated form The Connecticut School of Massage Therapy at Newington, CT in 1992. She also has a bachelor's degree in Economics from UCONN. Her continued massage education has included certificates in the studies of Reiki, Lymphatic drainage, Ortho-bionomy, and Myofascial release. 

With a background in massage, acupuncture, nursing, yoga, and reiki, Rita's dream is to facilitate healing and well-being by helping others connect with their bodies. Through Rita's practice, she's witnessed the profound physical and emotional effects of these therapies, preventing injuries while fostering a calm mind-body connection. Every session is a merging of skill and compassion, aiming to bring balance and harmony to our clients' lives, and Rita genuinely loves what she does.

Melissa Carroll graduated from the CT Center for Massage Therapy in 2010. Since then, Melissa has worked in Fairfield County for various medical offices. Her vast experiences highlights her technical skills with sports injuries, post surgery soft tissue rehabilitation, and she often includes stretching as part of her treatment sessions.
